What Validator Master is
Validator Master is the reference implementation of the Heartcode Protocol for transparent, versioned evaluation of observable conversational AI behavior.
It is behavioral evaluation infrastructure, not an AI safety certification authority and not a factual-verification system.
Current evaluation surface
Heartcode Protocol v0.1 currently evaluates eight behavioral dimensions.

Architecture
Framer is the human-facing presentation layer. Repository/Vercel-owned HTTP endpoints, contracts, evaluator behavior, evidence construction, and machine-readable documentation are authoritative over presentation-layer summaries.
The public Heartcode specification is maintained separately at https://github.com/heartcodeprotocol/heartcode-protocol.
Public alpha boundary
Scores reflect the implemented deterministic detectors and encoded protocol version. They do not prove universal correctness, completeness, factual truth, legal compliance, or total AI safety.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, medical, legal, proprietary, identifying, or otherwise private information to the public demonstration.
